Cooking with Maple Syrup

We are all about food and all about maple. Maple syrup is more than just pancakes and we’re hear to share with the world the wonderful, rich, sweet favor of maple. Every spring when there’s still snow on the ground and the temperature is just right, our family taps maple trees to collect sap. We then boil it into maple syrup the old fashioned way with wood fire for a smokey, rich flavor.
